Oldham Circle Residence

This project involved a comprehensive renovation and addition to a late 1940s home in the prestigious Historic Wolflin Neighborhood. The design transformed the previously modest residence into an elegant Neoclassical home, inspired by the owner's vision of a "White House" style with intricate details throughout. The spacious site allowed for reshaping the facades to achieve a timeless, historic appearance. The floor plan was slightly modified, with significant updates to the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A new second-floor study with a spiral staircase was added above the living room, and the structurally compromised garage was replaced with a new 1½-story building, accommodating both vehicle storage and a guest house above.
