Wolflin Dutch Colonial Residence

This project involved renovating and expanding a cherished 1940s Dutch Colonial home designed by notable Amarillo architect Guy Carlander. The design aimed to complement the historic character of the original architecture, adding a new kitchen, dining area, living space, and garage to create an open-flow floor plan. Additional updates included modernized baths and finishes throughout the home. The dining room was crafted with unique architectural elements inspired by architectural follies in colonial gardens, while the addition respectfully mirrors the Dutch Colonial style, maintaining appropriate proportion and scale with the original structure.
